ALL Booking AND DEPOSIT Terms and Conditions Overview

Payment for bookings is always in cash.

Beem is available if pre discussed and you must have the Beem app already set up on your phone. I do not offer change if you do not have the correct amount.

I may ask for a deposit at my discretion for a booking.

Deposit options are only:

  • Beem

  • Payid

  • Prezzee Gift Card (At my discretion)

  • Deposit at NAB teller or Westpac smart ATM card-less cash deposit (At my discretion)

I may ask for a deposit or copy of your ID at my discretion and may also ask for a bill to prove you reside where you are asking me to attend for an outcall. I require an Australian phone number for all bookings and enquiries. If you are visiting from overseas I may require proof of travel and ID if you do not have an AU phone number/at my discretion.

If you wish to extend your booking past the booked time, extensions are at $400 per each extra hour. To secure my discounted multi hour rates, please book them up front. Extensions are welcomed.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS:

  • All deposits are non refundable. Prepayment of bookings is non refundable.

  • If I cancel a booking a credit will be granted to you at my discretion for three months or for a digital service of the same cost.

  • If you cancel, reschedule, or downgrade a booking length/cost, I will ask for full non refundable prepayment. Credits are at my discretion for within three months of the original booking date.

  • Deposits may be required for: Tour bookings, long bookings, ones with travel attached like a FMTY. Especially for tour bookings that may incur costs on my end and require the full fee to be prepaid.

  • If you have previously cancelled a booking late notice or messed me around in anyway and look to rebook I may ask for full payment upfront. This is non refundable.

  • If you cancel a booking late notice I may ask for full payment as a cancellation fee. At my discretion this can be credited as extra time onto your next booking within 3 months. (This means if you cancel a booking of say 90mins for $500 and rebook an hour at $400, you will be credited 90 mins on top of your hour and pay $400.)

  • Deposits are required for all outcalls.

  • Deposits must be paid promptly when booking in and must clear before your booking.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A booking will be stopped, paused, offered alternative services or I will ask you to leave if:

  • You arrive intoxicated/high/drunk, aggressive and argumentative, or I am unable to communicate adequately with you for ESL reasons.

  • If you try to pay in drugs, take drugs in my presence, or pressure me to partake with you. (Weed and Amyl is fine)

  • If you do not comply with my screening and arrive without the correct cash or no cash. (I do not give change)

  • Try to downgrade your booking on arrival. You will need to pay the cost of the booking time you confirmed before arrival. This is not negotiable.

  • If you are pushy, haggle, rough, do not listen to me when I ask you to stop doing something.

  • If you touch the condom, try to remove the condom, break the condom, do remove the condom, try to put your penis in without a condom, get cum on my genitals on purpose, or rub your uncovered penis on me.

  • Have signs of an STI including but not only: Warts, HSV/HPV, discharge, lesions, rash, broken skin, herpes outbreak on your genitals or a cold sore, suspicious rashes or so on, on or around your genitals.

  • Arrive sick/unwell and/or with Covid symptoms.

  • If you speak to hotel reception/staff at my incall and cause any problems with my accomodation.

  • Harm or try to harm me in any way or threaten me. I reserve the right to photograph you, record you, or call the police if you are trying to harm or rob me and report you for committing a crime.

  • If there is other people in your residence/hotel on an outcall or you show up to an Incall booking with someone else without discussion.

  • If you show up to my residence/hotel without a booking.

  • If you become overly clingy, familiar and/or pushy about my personal life in a booking or contact before-hand I reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund/stop your booking and ask you to leave.

  • Try to or have present hidden cameras to record or photograph our session.

  • Ask for services I do not offer repeatedly. Ask for natural services, anal, cim, or so on.

    REVIEW POLICY:

  • I do not consent or agree to reviews about myself or my private information including copyrighted material (photos, ad copy) to be listed on websites like P#nter Planet, A*s99 or The N#ked Truth.

  • A vague review agreeing my photos are correct, I am a real provider, and you have enjoyed time with me is fine. I appreciate reviews texted to me or emailed or provided via directories like: Naughty Ads, Ivy Society, and Locanto.

  • Please provide me with reviews i can add to my testimonials page, this is appreciated.

  • If I have found you are a member of P#nter Planet etc and have posted about me you will lose the right to see me and any deposits will be forfeited. You will be banned from my presence and if you try to seek time with me after this by misrepresenting yourself, I will take legal steps.

  • If your review doxxes my privacy, location, safety in any way I will take legal steps.

  • If you were not happy with your booking it is expected you communicate that to me and within your booking time. I cannot read minds unfortunately. If you have not communicated and then complain via xyz manner, you are just being malicious. I work hard to make sure all clients leave happy. But sometimes people just dont click. Speak with me to work this out.
